This policy applies to orders placed on airmate.cc, which is operated by Shenzhen Airgreen Technology Co., Ltd.
Return window
You can request a return within 60 days of delivery. This applies to quality problems, defective items, wrong items, and change-of-mind returns.
Return conditions
- Items should be returned unused and in their original condition.
- Custom-made or specially configured items can only be returned if they have a quality problem or defect. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for custom-made items.
How to request a return
- Email us at mathiasdeclue@gmail.com with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason for the return. For quality problems, please include photos or a short description of the problem.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending any item back.
- Ship the item back and send us the tracking number.
Return shipping costs
- Quality problems, defective items, or wrong items: we pay the return shipping cost.
- Change-of-mind returns: the customer pays the return shipping cost.
Refunds
After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue your refund within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds are made to your original payment method (PayPal).
The $18 flat shipping fee is non-refundable, as it covers shipping costs already incurred.
